Product Manager – Checkout

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Align customer requirements with business and market objectives

• Lead the team responsible for advancing the Asaas Checkout product

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams

• Eliminate barriers and execute large projects in manageable, coherent, high-value increments

• Make decisions rooted in data and strong evidence

• Work together with design, commercial, growth, software engineering, and data engineering teams

• Achieve outcomes that create significant value

• Spot opportunities to enhance engagement and conversion rates

• Contribute to the strategic vision of the product

• Ensure consultation or notification of all relevant company areas

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Product Manager with an emphasis on user journeys

• Proficient in data analysis and understanding core product metrics

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

• Familiarity with user-centered design principles such as Design Thinking or experience in UX/UI

• Experience in the fintech sector

• Knowledge of SQL

• Background in digital product development

• Completion of relevant training programs (e.g., Tera, PM3, etc.)

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines
