This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and enhance the buyer journey throughout search, browsing, and purchasing experiences.
• Utilize data, experimentation, and customer insights to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to implement product enhancements.
• Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with RB Global's growth objectives.
• Utilize AI/ML technologies to improve search functionalities, recommendations, personalization, and merchandising.
• Track product performance utilizing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, experimentation platforms).
• Convert insights into precise product requirements, user stories, and backlogs.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities that enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
• Maintain high product quality by being actively involved in the delivery and release processes.
• Clearly communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Balance scope, priorities, technical risks, and business impacts across various initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management or Product Development.
• Proven experience managing customer-facing digital products (marketplace, eCommerce, or SaaS).
• Strong capability to convert business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and design teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
