Product Manager – BTP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the product team leadership to establish direction and manage the prioritized backlog for designated areas of the Be The People platform.

• Conduct discovery activities, including user interviews, usability sessions, and ongoing research with partners and end users.

• Work alongside engineering and design during weekly delivery cycles and implement same-week content updates.

• Establish success metrics and collaborate with growth analytics on measurement and experimentation efforts.

• Organize releases, communication, and rollout across Stand Together community organizations.

• Ensure a healthy backlog in collaboration with the Scrum Master and engineering leadership.

• Convert user, partner, and stakeholder requirements into clear product decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least five years of experience in product management for consumer-facing platforms.

• Strong skills in discovery methodologies, including user interviews, usability testing, and partner research.

• Proficient in product analytics and experimentation.

• Proven history of iterative shipping and close collaboration with engineering and design teams.

• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate tradeoffs.

• Experience in a startup, early-stage, or entrepreneurial setting.

• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI-enabled tools and practices to enhance productivity.
