Product Manager, Billing Systems, AS Hub

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Lead a small development team of 2–4 developers and QA specialists to enhance billing functionalities and user experience in the AS hub.

• Provide support throughout the entire software development life cycle.

• Assume full responsibility for the project and steer software development across all stages of the SDLC.

• Oversee product specifications, planning, monitoring progress, status updates, and delivery.

• Distribute technical documentation and coordinate feedback cycles.

• Identify opportunities to enhance key performance metrics.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams across the organization.

• Foster a culture of quality.

• Partner with DevOps to deploy new features.

• Facilitate SCRUM meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner for B2B SaaS products.

• At least 2 years of experience working with the billing and charging components of a product.

• A solid understanding of billing models and essential revenue metrics.

• Proven experience in drafting functional and technical product specifications.

• Familiarity with payment/invoicing SaaS platforms such as Chargebee, Authorize, or Braintree is preferred.

• Experience in crafting user stories and utilizing Jira for sprint management.

• Capability to develop product metrics and gather insights for product development decisions is preferred.

• Knowledge of UX, UI, and usability principles.

• Familiarity with AI tools.

• Understanding of RESTful services.

• Strong knowledge of networking, protocols, authentication, and related concepts.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• A proactive attitude, can-do mindset, and the ability to multitask.
