This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Develop and lead the strategy for a pivotal Finance product area in the role of Billing Platform Product Manager.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and design teams to identify critical issues and create iterative solutions.
• Create solutions for finance, billing, and other financial services at Remote.
• Take ownership of the complete product experience across human-driven services and software.
• Independently lead complex solutions.
• Manage internal expectations regarding intricate projects, products, and features.
• Develop effective product roadmaps and strategies.
• Convert strategic plans into short- and mid-term goals.
• Ensure alignment of product roadmaps with departmental and company objectives.
• Act as a subject matter expert in the product area.
• Contribute to scaling and growth initiatives.
• Deliver enhancements quickly and iteratively.
• Support a high-velocity, high-ROI product team.
• Utilize business KPIs to synchronize team efforts and metrics with business improvements.
• Work collaboratively with engineers, designers, stakeholders, business operations, and sales teams.
• Share product methodologies, processes, and insights across the Product organization.
• Communicate and advocate for the team’s efforts to customers and internal teams.
• Operate asynchronously and transparently.
• Contribute to both tactical and strategic decision-making.
• Report to the Group Product Manager.
• Previous experience as a product manager in billing, invoicing, or a related field, preferably at a high-growth company.
• Proficiency in Cursor, Claude Code, or a similar tool.
• Ability to independently build, debug, and deploy functional prototypes or minor code changes utilizing AI tools.
• Strong strategic and tactical product judgment.
• Proven, self-driven accomplishments that have positively impacted a product’s direction.
• Enthusiasm for creating seamless and impactful products amidst complex challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills across various departments.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a remote work setting is a plus, but not mandatory.
