This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• The Product Manager acts as the "voice of the client" by maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog to maximize business value.

• This role converts client needs into clear, actionable requirements.

• The Product Manager will gather stakeholder input and feedback to guide product decisions and collaborate closely with the development team to strike a balance between functional outcomes and technical feasibility, manage dependencies, and ensure predictable delivery.

• Establish product vision and roadmap.

• Conducts both external and internal discovery to identify client needs, market opportunities, and business priorities, integrating technical constraints, platform standards, and architectural considerations into product direction.

• Works alongside Operations, Sales, and Product leadership to ensure strategic alignment, secure approval on key business decisions, and balance functional and technical trade-offs.

• Collaborates with the Product Director to modify scope, sequencing, and roadmap decisions, ensuring product functionality aligns with both business objectives and technical feasibility.

• Defines product outcomes (OKRs), advocates for the "voice of the client," and communicates roadmap progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.

• Oversees, coordinates, and supports development work.

• Estimates the effort required to complete requests and allocates capacity accordingly.

• Partners with Product Management and stakeholders to establish business and functional requirements and gather necessary inputs.

• Defines user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritizes the backlog to achieve sprint goals.

• Ensures that product strategy, requirements, and priorities are well understood and effectively communicated to development teams, including through intake processes.

• Understands and helps coordinate intra-team and external dependencies as necessary.

• Collects, tracks, and reports KPI data to support Product Group OKRs and monitor performance metrics such as efficiency and quality.

• Represents the development team in matters related to core delivery, non-functional requirements, and technical initiatives (e.g., maintenance, support, and technical debt).

• Participates in sprint ceremonies and evaluation meetings (e.g., planning, reviews, retrospectives).


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.

• Experience with agile development is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools, as well as experience in writing and managing user stories.

• Proven cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to cultivate productive relationships with both technical and non-technical partners.

• Business and technology acumen, including an understanding of customer needs, technical concepts, and business strategy.

• Strong communication skills, including clear verbal, written, and presentation abilities with diverse stakeholders.

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of interpreting data, assessing trade-offs, and informing decisions.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, enabling effective prioritization of work, management of competing demands, and reliable delivery.

• Leadership and influence skills, including people management and negotiation.

• Professional execution and accountability, demonstrated by producing high-quality written outputs, working effectively in team environments, and meeting or exceeding performance expectations.

• Knowledge of SQL.
