This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.
• Take ownership and advance the BaaS platform roadmap (3, 6, and 12-month timelines) with an emphasis on partner adoption, ease of integration, and revenue enhancement.
• Establish product strategy in alignment with the company's North Star (30% increase in active BaaS partners).
• Develop and expand the BaaS API and partner ecosystem to bolster partner growth and transaction volumes.
• Design and manage the partner onboarding process — encompassing API documentation, SDKs, sandbox environments, and integration assistance.
• Detect technical bottlenecks in partner integration workflows and minimize friction (time-to-integrate, complexity, support burden).
• Collaborate closely with Engineering to grasp multi-tenant architecture, scaling limitations, and integration capabilities.
• Convert partner feedback and market opportunities into organized product initiatives and roadmap priorities.
• Lead discovery, API documentation, and architectural alignment with partner success teams.
• Ensure the creation of sustainable, scalable solutions that generate revenue and enhance partner lifetime value.
• Be responsible for monitoring partner satisfaction metrics, integration success rates, and BaaS channel revenue.
• Work in close collaboration with the Delivery Manager and Engineering Lead to ensure effective roadmap execution and adherence to SLA compliance.
• Align internal stakeholders (Sales, Compliance, Operations, Finance) on partner-facing capabilities and commercial models.
• Organize monthly partner reviews and internal product assessments to relay direction, partner feedback, and decisions.
• Assess third-party integrations and partnerships as needed (payment processors, KYC/AML providers, etc.).
• Lead the enhancement of API-first banking capabilities (accounts, cards, payments, compliance tools) for partner utilization.
• Assist partner success through technical empowerment, documentation, and community engagement.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in BaaS, API platforms, or fintech sectors.
• Strong background in Banking-as-a-Service or API-first financial platforms — knowledge of multi-tenant architecture, partner ecosystems, and integration challenges.
• In-depth technical expertise in system architecture, APIs, integrations, and scalability — capability to discuss technical trade-offs and constraints with engineers.
• Experience managing partner-facing products or platforms — comprehension of partner lifecycle, onboarding, and success metrics.
• Strong data-driven approach and analytical abilities — capability to assess partner adoption, integration success, and revenue impact.
• Experience in building and managing structured roadmaps that align with business outcomes and partner requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and coordinating cross-functional delivery.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills — ability to align internal teams, partners, and executives on priorities and trade-offs.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory standards in fintech/banking environments (KYC, AML, licensing, data residency).
