Product Manager, B2B SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the advancement of two key solutions catering to the Food Equipment Services (FES) sector.

• Convert company and portfolio strategies into defined product goals and results-oriented roadmaps.

• Conduct customer discovery through interviews, research, data analysis, and market evaluations.

• Establish value hypotheses and success indicators.

• Take ownership of roadmap outcomes and release strategies.

• Address cross-functional trade-offs concerning scope, sequencing, and go-to-market readiness.

• Identify and confirm opportunities where AI enhances quoting, pricing, configuration, and design workflows.

• Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to communicate customer and business value effectively.

• Define and monitor KPIs related to adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall business impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field, along with equivalent practical experience.

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a similar role within software environments.

• A robust background in B2B SaaS products.

• Proven track record of overseeing a product area from strategy through to delivery and adoption.

• Demonstrated capability to write clear requirements, establish acceptance criteria, and ensure consistent delivery.

• Strong customer-facing experience and proficiency in stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, challenge assumptions, and navigate trade-offs.

• Experience utilizing AI-assisted tools and workflows to enhance productivity and decision-making.

• In-depth knowledge of agile development practices and the discipline of iterative product delivery.
