Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Ensuring the accuracy, standardization, scalability, and reliable publication of YipitData’s data products, particularly metrics tables and client-facing feeds.

• Facilitating external dashboards and data delivery that support essential investor workflows.

• Enhancing and scaling data platform workflows, from ingestion through transformation to delivery.

• Collaborating across functions with Data, Engineering, and Product teams to define requirements, prioritize enhancements, and promote the adoption of best practices.

• Utilizing AI tools to optimize workflows, automate procedures, and elevate data quality and efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in product management, analytics, data, or a related discipline.

• Strong data fluency, including proficiency in SQL and familiarity with contemporary data platforms (e.g., Databricks), pipelines, and PySpark.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering or data teams and/or an understanding of the product development lifecycle (e.g., agile methodologies).

• A passion for tackling ambiguous challenges and establishing structure where it is lacking.

• A deep commitment to data quality, consistency, and scalability.

• Comfort and familiarity with AI tools (e.g., LLMs, prompt engineering, workflow automation) as means to enhance productivity.

• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities.

• A curious, adaptable mindset with a strong desire to learn.
