Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute product strategy and develop product platforms to maximize application coverage and revenue by utilizing available data sources that align with market demands for quality, pricing, features, and benefits.

• Perform research on OE part numbers and prioritize applications with high potential for product expansion.

• Identify sourcing partners and collaborate with sourcing teams to confirm sourced parts.

• Work alongside MDM and item release teams to establish and maintain information on new parts.

• Engage in quality assurance and validation testing for parts within the product line.

• Collaborate with catalog teams to produce product coverage reports and customer communications.

• Conduct regular business reviews and oversee key metrics related to revenue, coverage, and margin KPIs.

• Stay informed on current market trends within relevant product categories.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is required.

• Over 10 years of combined experience in product management, engineering, or research, preferably within the automotive aftermarket or industrial distribution sectors.

• Proven ability to interpret engineering drawings and BOM documentation.

• A track record of success in process improvement, project management, and launching new products.

• Familiarity with the automotive aftermarket, parts distribution, or related fields such as industrial goods or B2B/B2C eCommerce is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of product and catalog management tools is essential.

• Experience in managing data and content across ERP, PIM, ACES/PIES, and TecDoc systems.

• Proficient in using product and project management tools, MDM platforms, and data analytics solutions.

• Strong background in data governance, master data clean-up, and ownership frameworks.

• Experience in change management, particularly in transitioning from decentralized to centralized operating models.

• Proficiency in English is required; Spanish is preferred.
