This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take the lead in the product development lifecycle, managing everything from discovery to launch and subsequent iterations.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams to create impactful product solutions.
• Champion User-Centric Innovation: Engage with customers to gain insights into their needs, challenges, and workflows.
• Utilize these insights to craft and prioritize a strategic product roadmap that aligns with the organization's goals.
• Define and Monitor Key Metrics: Set measurable objectives to evaluate product success.
• Consistently analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to guide data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure effective go-to-market strategies, product adoption, and ongoing improvements.
• Balance Strategy and Execution: Manage the trade-offs between feature requests, technical limitations, and business needs while upholding a clear product vision.
• Lead Agile Development: Convert product requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable development tasks.
• Operate within an Agile environment alongside engineering teams to iterate swiftly.
• Stay Informed on Market Trends: Conduct competitive analysis, track industry changes, and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Write Extensively: Document decisions, user research findings, Jira tickets, PRDs, etc. Writing is a team effort to clarify thinking, facilitate communication, and ensure alignment.
• 1-3 years of experience in product management, demonstrating a successful track record of launching and managing SAAS products.
• Previous roles in sales, customer success, UX research, design, or engineering, where you closely interacted with users or technical teams before transitioning to product management, thriving on customer engagement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on making data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively without compromising on any of them.
• Process-oriented: You understand that the key to consistent success is through repeatable actions, and you are diligent in following through.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—you can influence and align teams toward a common vision.
• A proactive attitude—comfortable making decisions in fast-paced, ambiguous settings and able to iterate rapidly.
• Bonus: Experience working in a small team or within a high-growth, fast-paced organization.
• Bonus: Experience in the education sector or ed tech is advantageous.
