Product Manager

• The opportunity

• We are seeking 2 Product Managers to become part of our team, taking ownership and driving essential aspects of our mission.

• The Product team is responsible for defining and delivering customer-centric propositions for Wealth Wizards and their clients, aligning customer needs with commercial objectives and regulatory requirements.

• We leverage data and insights to prioritize, iterate, and enhance our offerings—collaborating across functions to develop digital or hybrid journeys that foster customer understanding, confidence, and action.

• In the role of Product Manager, you will co-lead one of our cross-functional development teams (either for our Property Wealth or Connected Help Proposition) and take charge of your product as well as the implementation of the overall product vision and strategy.

• Both positions are committed to assisting customers in making better financial decisions for their retirement, fulfilling our mission to make financial advice and guidance more accessible and affordable.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Product Manager/Owner capacity

• A strong passion for the customer

• Highly independent and pragmatic—always making deliberate decisions

• Ability to understand and advocate for the value proposition and the needs of target customers
