Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Management and oversight of the end-to-end processes in the content supply chain (Content Supply Chain Workflow Ownership)

• Implementation of agentic artificial intelligence (Agentic AI Enablement)

• Development of the core product as an infrastructure (Core Product as Infrastructure)

• Management of data flows and integrations (Data Flow & Integration Ownership)

• Commercialization and realization of value (Commercialization & Value Realization)

• Validation with customers and the market (Customer & Market Validation) — *in collaboration with sales, solutions, customer success (CSM), and delivery teams*

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management (*Product Management*) or a similar strategic role.

• Proven successful track record in defining product strategy and launching products that exceeded business goals.

• Deep understanding of content supply chain processes (Content Supply Chains) in the Life Sciences sector (life sciences/pharmaceuticals).

• Experience in designing end-to-end workflows rather than just individual functions.

• Practical knowledge in the following areas:

• Concepts and principles of agentic artificial intelligence (Agentic AI).

• Platform and infrastructure product thinking (*platform/infrastructure thinking*).

• Data flows and integrations.

• Ability to transform complex technical systems into clear and comprehensible product value narratives for the business.

• Commercial acumen: understanding of pricing logic, value drivers, and product packaging concepts.

• Minimum 3 years of direct experience in the Life Sciences industry (pharmaceuticals, clinical research, healthcare, etc.).

• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority or direct leadership.

• Experience with pricing models, business case development, and financial analysis.

• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management.

• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and product analytics tools.

• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher proficiency in English.
