This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of one or more comprehensive workflows throughout the content supply chain.

• Articulate workflow objectives, outcomes, and value, rather than focusing on isolated features.

• Ensure workflows are consistent across various regions, brands, and operational models.

• Define the orchestration of tasks by Agentic AI agents within the workflow.

• Minimize manual effort and transitions between tasks.

• Facilitate adaptive, learning-based systems.

• Specify controls for human intervention, governance and escalation points, as well as compliance and trust requirements.

• Collaborate with AI and Engineering teams to validate feasibility.

• Develop Core Product as a configurable platform and infrastructure layer, rather than a standalone solution.

• Outline how core capabilities bolster AI-driven workflows.

• Ensure that infrastructure choices are in line with the long-term evolution of workflows.

• Specify the implementation of comprehensive data flows throughout the workflow.

• Identify and document both internal and external integration requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management or a related strategic position.

• Proven track record in defining product strategy and successfully launching products that surpass business goals.

• Strong comprehension of content supply chains within the life sciences sector.

• Experience in designing complete workflows rather than just isolated features.

• Familiarity with:

• - Agentic AI principles

• - Platform/infrastructure thinking

• - Data flows and integrations

• Capacity to translate intricate systems into clear value propositions.

• Commercial awareness: understanding of pricing logic, value drivers, and packaging concepts.

• At least 3 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry.

• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

• Experience with pricing models, business case formulation, and financial analysis.

• In-depth knowledge of product lifecycle management.

• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and product analytics tools.

• Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
