This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of one or more comprehensive workflows throughout the content supply chain.

• Establish the intent, outcomes, and value of workflows, focusing on holistic approaches rather than isolated features.

• Ensure consistency of workflows across different regions, brands, and operational models.

• Define the orchestration of tasks by Agentic AI agents within the workflow.

• Minimize manual labor and transitions through the utilization of AI.

• Facilitate the development of adaptive, learning systems within workflows.

• Create Core Product as a configurable platform along with an infrastructure layer.

• Specify how core capabilities support:

• - AI-driven workflows

• - Modular configuration

• - Enterprise scalability

• Define the execution of end-to-end data flows throughout the workflow.

• Identify and document integration needs (both internal and external).

• Articulate workflows clearly in terms that are commercially viable.

• Collaborate with Sales and Solution Consultants to confirm assumptions related to workflows.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management or a comparable strategic role.

• Proven track record in defining product strategy and successfully launching products that surpass business goals.

• Strong comprehension of content supply chains within the life sciences sector.

• Experience in designing comprehensive workflows rather than merely focusing on features.

• Working knowledge of:

• - Agentic AI concepts

• - Platform/infrastructure thinking

• - Data flows and integrations

• Ability to convert complex systems into clear value propositions.

• Commercial insight: understanding pricing logic, value drivers, and packaging strategies.

• At least 3 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry.

• Demonstrated capacity to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

• Familiarity with pricing models, business case formulation, and financial analysis.

• Extensive knowledge of product lifecycle management.

• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and product analytics tools.

• Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
