This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership and enhance key purchasing workflows, which encompass the sender recommendation experience, exclusive number provisioning, and crucial processes like porting and hosting to facilitate a smooth acquisition journey.
• Propel platform orchestration to guarantee a cohesive experience by supervising cross-console ingress and egress, managing intricate checklist state management, and employing proactive nudges and intent-based routing to simplify disjointed configuration steps and effectively guide customers to their desired outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional implementation by collaborating extensively with Engineering, Design, and KYC Product Managers to integrate compliance initiatives, pooled intake forms, and autoregistration processes directly into the customer journey.
• Foster data-informed decision-making by leveraging product analytics and creating dashboards to oversee funnel health, monitor critical metrics, and pinpoint areas of friction.
• Oversee essential product management responsibilities, including comprehensive roadmap planning, rigorously prioritizing competing features, addressing cross-team dependencies, and aligning internal stakeholders with your product vision and strategy.
• At least 6 years of experience in product management within SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS environments.
• A proven history of managing intricate systems: experience overseeing core workflows and complex state-management systems.
• Technical Proficiency: Capability to collaborate closely with Engineering to comprehend technical requirements, navigate complex system architectures, and resolve inter-team dependencies.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical thinking skills with the aptitude to leverage product analytics and quantitative data to monitor metrics, guide decisions, and evaluate outcomes.
• Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Exceptional communication and cross-team collaboration abilities, with a proven capacity to align and influence Engineering, Design, and compliance stakeholders.
• Execution & Navigating Ambiguity: Initiative, ownership, and accountability to dissect complex problems, develop clear roadmaps, and rigorously prioritize competing features in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
