Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Define, build, and deliver enhancements to the marketplace, taking ownership of metrics that demonstrate their effectiveness.

• Enhance outcomes for both clients and freelancers, and improve the dynamics between them: matching, liquidity, quality, trust, and filtering.

• Utilize AI tools throughout your workflow (research, specifications, prototypes, analysis) to deliver faster and better results.

• Collaborate directly with engineering, design, and data teams, eliminating handoffs and bottlenecks.

• Continuously refine product workflows to increase team velocity and reduce time to market.

• Make informed decisions based on user feedback and data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in product management within a two-sided marketplace: 5+ years in product roles, with hands-on experience on a platform serving both sides of a market.

• A doer, not a manager: You have recently delivered a real product with your own hands.

• AI native: You use AI tools daily and have clear opinions on where they are beneficial and where they fall short.

• Execution and ownership bias: You move quickly, take responsibility for outcomes, and don’t wait for permission.

• Curious and ambitious: You investigate problems that others overlook and aim to build something meaningful.

• Data-informed judgment: You employ data and metrics to refine decisions and drive continuous improvement.
