This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Taking charge of the product strategy and roadmap for SportyBet Brazil, aligning with the company’s growth and revenue objectives.

• Identifying, prioritizing, and implementing high-impact growth initiatives across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.

• Leading ongoing product discovery through customer research, data analysis, experimentation, and market insights.

• Gaining a comprehensive understanding of Brazilian user behavior, local sports culture, payment methods, and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions with agility and precision.

• Ensuring that products remain compliant while staying competitive in the market.

• Defining, monitoring, and optimizing essential metrics (OKRs, funnels, cohorts, LTV, retention, conversion).

• Working with marketing, compliance, operations, and leadership on go-to-market strategies and product positioning.

• Located in Brazil.

• Proficient in Brazilian Portuguese; strong English communication skills are essential.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in Sportsbook products.

• Strong history of driving growth through data-driven experimentation.

• In-depth understanding of sportsbook mechanics.

• Experience in regulated environments.

• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, distributed organization.

• Experience in defining and executing OKRs or similar frameworks.

• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with metrics and trade-offs.
