This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Lead engineering deliverables: Collaborate closely with architects and the engineering team to monitor development schedules and ensure timely delivery of features according to specifications.

• Clarification of requirements & documentation: Gain a comprehensive understanding of business logic and internal requirements; produce concise PRDs and development plans.

• Reverse-engineering system logic: In situations where documentation is sparse or unclear, proactively investigate the existing system logic and historical context, swiftly distilling it into clear specifications to maintain development momentum.

• Design interfaces for AI Agent-facing products: Determine which system functions can be made accessible for AI Agents (e.g., via MCP), and collaborate with architects and engineers to establish the relevant permission model, data access parameters, and security measures — positioning AI Agents as one of the methods for users to interact with the product.

• Foster a data-driven culture: Evaluate current systems and create a product analytics/tracking framework from the ground up, identifying key success indicators.

• Facilitate cross-functional and cross-border communication: Proactively initiate discussions, manage your workflow, and collaborate closely with frontline business and operations teams to translate their feedback into precise product requirements. Communicate effectively in English with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, both in meetings and in written correspondence.

• Strong skills in cross-team collaboration; able to closely work with business and operations teams to convert frontline feedback into clear product specifications and requirements.

• Excellent communication abilities; able to navigate disagreements and unforeseen challenges during development, taking feedback and challenges constructively rather than defensively.

• A genuine interest in business logic and existing systems; proactively seeks clarification and delves into context instead of passively waiting for requirements.

• Highly self-motivated; capable of finding solutions and maintaining progress with minimal supervision.
