This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the Product Vision Across Initiatives: Collaborate with engineering and leadership to define and communicate the “why” and “what” across various product areas and strategic initiatives. Leverage data, market analysis, and customer insights to establish direction and prioritize effectively.
• Drive the Roadmap with Clarity in Business and Technical Aspects: Manage product roadmaps that align with customer needs and organizational goals. Clearly articulate the reasoning behind prioritization choices to engineering, executives, and go-to-market partners.
• Represent the Customer’s Voice: Engage frequently and thoroughly with customers — from initial discovery discussions to beta testing. Validate assumptions, uncover unmet needs, and ensure the customer viewpoint is integrated into all product decisions.
• Execute with Accuracy: Produce clear and detailed specifications. Create tickets, draft copy, define acceptance criteria, and collaborate closely with engineering to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
• Collaborate Across the Organization: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure new features and products are effectively positioned and launched. Support sales cycles, develop go-to-market materials, and drive the adoption of what you release.
• Motivate Cross-Functional Teams: Bring together engineering, design, data science, and business stakeholders around a unified vision. Be a clear communicator and collaborative leader who empowers teams to perform at their best.
• Contribute to the Company’s Strategy: Assist in identifying new market opportunities, inform product strategy at the portfolio level, and help shape Sift's long-term product direction.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management within B2B SaaS, preferably in sectors such as fraud prevention, trust & safety, fintech, or related fields.
• Proven capability to manage multiple products or projects simultaneously, balancing immediate delivery with long-term vision.
• Strong history of transforming customer insights and business needs into successful product features.
• Experience working closely with engineers, data scientists, and designers — comfortable engaging in technical discussions even without being an engineer.
• Established ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive go-to-market execution, product launches, and adoption.
• Exceptional communication skills — able to present strategies to the C-suite, write concise product specifications, and conduct customer interviews all within the same week.
• A data-driven approach with experience utilizing analytics and customer feedback to guide decision-making.
• Equity offerings available.
