This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership and drive product initiatives from initial concept through to launch and iterative improvements across various product domains (platform, patient experience, internal tools, etc).
• Convert business, clinical, and user challenges into well-defined product requirements.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to:
• Define and outline requirements for complex initiatives.
• Make informed decisions regarding tradeoffs and facilitate discussions about technical limitations.
• Lead backlog grooming sessions, estimation, and sprint planning activities.
• Work alongside the development team to remove obstacles and navigate uncertainties.
• Engage deeply with design:
• Provide insightful design feedback based on user needs and business objectives.
• Ensure that UX decisions are in line with product strategy and practical feasibility.
• Foster continuous enhancement in user experience, operational efficiency, and scalability.
• Establish success metrics and employ analytical thinking on a feature-by-feature basis:
• Identify KPIs, instrumentation requirements, and opportunities for iteration.
• Leverage data to guide prioritization and product strategies.
• Communicate effectively and proactively with cross-functional stakeholders regarding priorities, tradeoffs, and feature launches.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (clinical, operations, and care teams) to gain a comprehensive understanding of workflows, pain points, and constraints.
• Partner closely with product leadership to ensure strategic alignment while managing execution details.
• 2-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in health tech, digital health, or tech-enabled services.
• Familiarity with healthcare, particularly in virtual care delivery or clinical workflows, and/or knowledge of patient acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Experience with AI-driven or data-centric products.
• Proven ability to independently manage product areas and deliver features from start to finish.
• Comfortable collaborating closely with engineering and design teams in an agile development environment (grooming, sprint planning, standup, etc.).
• Skilled in writing clear product requirements and transforming ambiguity into actionable steps.
• Product-oriented problem-solving approach, focusing on outcomes rather than outputs.
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics and utilizing data to inform decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for building and scaling products in a startup or early-stage setting.
