Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• In the role of Product Manager, you will take charge of developing and expanding our product offerings.

• Collaborate across various teams to foster innovation and play a vital role in the complete product life cycle.

• Collect requirements from stakeholders to ensure the product aligns with business objectives and translate them into developer specifications.

• Work closely with the engineering team to guarantee that the product is developed according to specifications and meets customer expectations.

• Serve as the go-to expert in your product area for customers, business leaders, development teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate product success.

• Create, manage, and uphold product roadmaps and backlogs based on business requirements and stakeholder insights.

• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential outcomes or opportunities that can be leveraged by existing products.

• Partner with product designers to brainstorm and create prototypes for new features, enhancing the user experience.

• Facilitate Agile meetings such as sprint planning and sprint reviews.

• Execute product enhancements adhering to agile principles, ensuring adaptability and responsiveness to changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.

• An advanced degree is advantageous but not mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management.

• Proficiency in Agile and Lean product management methodologies and tools, including Scrum, Kanban, or Lean Canvas, for iterative product development and continuous improvement.

• Familiarity with product management tools and software, such as Jira, Asana, Github, or similar project management platforms.

• Experience with qualitative or quantitative market research platforms and panel management software—experience with qualitative or quantitative research tools (e.g., online discussion boards, survey platforms, panel portals) is highly desirable.
