Product Manager

📋 Description

• Facilitate discovery: engage with customers consistently, synthesize insights gained, and convert them into clear problem statements and prioritized opportunities.

• Collaborate with the CEO and team to shape the now/next/later roadmap, ensuring it is rooted in strategy and focused on a single, clear objective.

• Develop AI-driven product capabilities with intention—not just for speed, but to maintain low costs for customers while establishing a genuine technical advantage.

• Utilize Usersnap's data to uncover new product insights, ensuring that customer privacy is a stringent constraint rather than an afterthought.

• Work collaboratively across design, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to efficiently transition from insight to shipped features.

• Monitor and report on product performance with concise, data-driven updates—avoiding excessive presentations and irrelevant information.

• Proven skills in discovery: You validate assumptions prior to development. You are adept at conducting customer interviews, organizing findings, and rejecting proposals that do not align with the strategy.

• Intuition for AI products: You possess a clear understanding of the capabilities and limitations of AI, and you build with purpose, focusing on cost efficiency and customer value rather than mere functionality.

• Data literacy: You know how to formulate the right inquiries regarding product data and can collaborate with engineers to obtain answers, even when the data infrastructure is not ideal.

• Strong prioritization skills: You maintain a clear framework for determining what is urgent, can explain your rationale, and remain composed when priorities change.

• Operational clarity: You create concise one-pagers, keep stakeholders aligned with straightforward updates, and avoid unnecessary processes.

• Adaptability in a startup environment: You thrive in uncertainty, are motivated by ownership, and do not require a detailed playbook to begin your tasks.
