This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Carry out discovery processes to identify, validate, and prioritize issues and opportunities within your product domain.

• Acquire a profound understanding of player requirements, business objectives, and operational limitations through research, data analysis, and discussions with stakeholders.

• Convert feedback from stakeholders, data, and player insights into well-defined problem statements and opportunity areas.

• Establish and nurture effective working relationships with stakeholders throughout the business domain.

• Ensure stakeholders are informed about priorities, trade-offs, and progress within your product domain.

• Clearly and consistently communicate updates on the roadmap, initiative status, and outcomes.

• Collaborate with Design, Data, and Engineering teams to brainstorm product solutions that tackle validated issues.

• Develop initiatives into well-articulated epics, which include:

• Clear problem statement and context.

• Value hypothesis and anticipated impact.

• Success metrics and measurement strategy.

• High-level solution direction and scope.

• Initial wireframes or conceptual designs when applicable.

• Contribute to and manage the product roadmap for your area, ensuring coherence with the broader product strategy established by senior product leadership.

• Prioritize initiatives based on their impact, feasibility, and strategic relevance.

• Continuously refine the roadmap utilizing new insights, data, and evolving conditions.

• Define success metrics for each initiative and ensure robust measurement is implemented.

• Assess the impact of delivered initiatives against projected outcomes.

• Take ownership of results, identifying gaps and recommending follow-up actions.

• Incorporate learnings into future discovery and roadmap planning.

• Utilize analytics platforms, A/B testing frameworks, and player behavior data to guide product discovery, prioritization, and post-launch evaluation.

• Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams to establish KPIs, create dashboards, and conduct experiments within your product domain.

• Employ both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to validate hypotheses and assess outcomes.

• Consider regulatory requirements, licensing conditions, and market-specific compliance factors in product decisions within your area.

• Uphold responsible gaming principles by ensuring product features align with player safety and responsible play standards.

• Keep abreast of relevant regulations across RSI’s operating markets and communicate product implications to senior leadership.

• Participate in product initiatives aimed at enhancing personalization, player engagement, and retention within your area.

• Work with CRM, Marketing, and Data teams to facilitate tailored player journeys and unique offerings.

• Advocate for the player experience in product decisions, ensuring alignment with RSI’s mission.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and the Product Delivery organization, providing clear, well-defined epics that are prepared for delivery planning.

• Act as a point of contact for stakeholders regarding product needs within your scope.

• Ensure initiatives meet a high standard of readiness prior to handoff, including clear problem definition, scope, success metrics, and business context.

• Work with Technology Product Managers to aid in solution shaping, ensuring alignment between product intent and technical approach.

• Collaborate with Product Owners during delivery planning to clarify intent, resolve ambiguities, and assist with prioritization decisions.

• Remain available throughout the delivery process to address questions, validate assumptions, and ensure consistency with the original problem and expected impact.

• Engage in continuous improvement efforts concerning handoff quality and planning effectiveness.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, information systems, data science, marketing, economics, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Over 5 years of experience in product management with increasing responsibility, including ownership of product roadmaps and managing cross-functional stakeholders.

• Experience in iGaming, online casino, sports betting, or related regulated consumer tech sectors.

• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies, A/B testing, and analytics platforms.

• Willingness to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally.
