Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Lead product development initiatives, aiding in the scaling and delivery of impactful tools.

• Take ownership of and manage the product roadmap.

• Ensure alignment with company objectives and campaign priorities.

• Act as a liaison between different departments.

• Deconstruct features into comprehensive written specifications.

• Oversee sprint cycles and monitor progress to eliminate obstacles.

• Establish feedback loops between users and the development team.

• Contribute to continuous enhancements in team operations and product development processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-4 years of relevant product management experience in a technology or SaaS setting (experience with messaging/telecom products is advantageous).

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Proficiency in managing engineering teams and coordinating among various departments.

• Demonstrated capability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.

• Dedication to critical thinking, clear writing, and fostering a positive team culture.
