Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance products across various brands and geographic regions;

• Evaluate user behavior, product funnels, and essential business metrics;

• Discover product opportunities and obstacles through data analysis, user research, and competitor assessment;

• Generate, assess, and prioritize product concepts that enhance user experience and drive business outcomes;

• Take ownership of initiatives from defining problems and requirements to release and post-launch evaluation;

• Develop clear product requirements, specifications, and user narratives;

• Manage release schedules, identify impediments, and ensure progress on tasks;

• Collaborate closely with CRM, Marketing, Analytics, Design, Content, and Technical teams;

• Assist in planning and prioritizing the product roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management, with a background in iGaming;

• Profound knowledge of online casino and/or sportsbook products, user journeys, and key performance indicators;

• A data-driven mindset with experience in assessing product decisions through metrics, A/B testing, or other measurement techniques;

• Strong sense of ownership and capability to lead initiatives independently and eliminate obstacles;

• Ability to operate effectively in a rapidly changing environment with competing priorities;

• Solid technical understanding of platform functionalities, integrations, dependencies, and product limitations;

• Skill in transforming user challenges into practical product solutions by balancing user value, technical feasibility, and implementation effort;

• Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian for internal communication;

• Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
