Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Utilize a strong software engineering background along with customer service and process-oriented skills to guide cross-functional teams in the design, development, and maintenance of technical applications and data services for health services research, AI research, and precision medicine initiatives.

• Direct teams throughout the product life cycle, focusing on evaluating customer needs, creating product roadmaps, overseeing the build/test/validate/iterate process, and sustaining applications and analytical products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline OR 4 years of relevant experience.

• 2 years of experience in technical product management, emphasizing requirement gathering, process optimization, collaboration enhancement, and outcome measurement.

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related area (Preferred).

• 2 years of experience with Electronic Medical Records, clinical data, and Healthcare standard code sets such as ICD, LOINC, OMOP (Preferred).

• 2 years of experience with Microsoft Azure or other major Cloud platforms (Preferred).

• Familiarity with Kubernetes, DataBricks, Snowflake, and Azure Data Factory/Airflow (Preferred).

• 2 years of experience in Machine Learning, deep learning model development, and NLP model development (Preferred).

• Proficiency in SciPy, Scikit-learn (SKLearn), Spacy, TensorFlow/Keras, and Docker (Preferred).

• 2 years of data architecture experience, encompassing data ingestion, processing, storage, and reporting in a big data environment (Preferred).

• 2 years of product management experience, focusing on requirement gathering, process streamlining, collaboration fostering, and outcome measurement (Preferred).

• Microsoft Azure Certifications (Upon hire, Preferred).

• Product Management Certification to be obtained within 60 days of hire (Upon hire, Preferred).
