This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Enhance the organization's efficiency in product delivery by overseeing the cross-functional development scope alongside Product Managers, Product Owners, and Scrum teams.

• Assist the product manager in formulating the product vision, objectives, themes, and features, which will be translated into a product roadmap and a comprehensive long-term product strategy and feature development.

• Engage in and help lead daily scrum ceremonies, facilitate refinement sessions, and collaborate with your Engineering team, providing guidance on direction and focus.

• Convert product directives into backlog items, effectively representing customer needs. Act as the primary source of external information for Scrum teams, offering clear definitions of the targeted capability, the value intended for the customer, and functional/non-functional requirements that frame the scope of the capability—regardless of implementation.

• Collaborate closely with Development on any implementation challenges.

• Review QA test plans to ensure alignment with acceptance criteria.

• Assess relevant documentation for technical accuracy.

• Clearly communicate product release details and anticipated product capabilities/behavior to stakeholders, including both external and internal customers.

• Coordinate product efforts across departments to ensure global visibility.

• Articulate the product vision to both technical teams and other departments within the organization.

• Ensure the development of appropriate features, evaluating the value delivered against the costs of delivery.

• Provide weekly project status updates to Senior Management.

• Monitor and identify impediments to release objectives and recommend corrective actions as necessary.

• Perform all other duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant and related work experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or an equivalent number of years of relevant work experience.

• Occasional travel, up to 10%, for crucial events such as team summits, training sessions, customer meetings, and company events, with increased frequency during peak periods based on business needs.

• Strong understanding of Agile Values and Scrum Methodology.

• Exceptional ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.

• Proven capability to elicit cooperation from a diverse range of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.

• Strong ability to manage a heavy workload with multiple projects and frequent interruptions.

• Proven adaptability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.

• Comprehensive understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, combined with a results-oriented mindset.

• In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology practices.

• Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Experience in business analysis, documentation of use cases, or requirements gathering.
