Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Convert company and business strategies into a coherent product strategy, defining priorities and direction.

• Transform product strategy into swift prototypes, wireframes, and other initial artifacts to validate concepts, collect feedback, mitigate uncertainty, and ensure alignment among stakeholders and engineering teams.

• Manage the software strategy roadmap by prioritizing projects based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic significance.

• Conduct research on customers, markets, technologies, and competitors to comprehend user needs, emerging trends, operational challenges, and product opportunities.

• Act as an integrated Product Manager with engineering teams, taking ownership of the “why,” drafting clear specifications, making daily product decisions, and collaborating closely with the build team throughout the development process.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, stakeholders, and leadership to quickly validate, launch, and iterate on product initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management within small, fast-paced software organizations.

• Proven track record of managing product processes from discovery through requirements definition, delivery, launch, impact evaluation, and subsequent iterations.

• Demonstrated ability to articulate ambiguous business challenges in clear, measurable terms and validate solutions that address significant customer, business, or operational issues.

• Practical experience in swiftly creating prototypes and wireframes to validate product concepts, gather feedback, minimize ambiguity, and clarify requirements prior to full-scale development.

• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance product management workflows, including discovery, prototyping, requirements definition, and stakeholder alignment.

• Strong product judgment, with the ability to prioritize development efforts, identify and communicate non-essential features, and make informed tradeoff recommendations based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and risk assessment.

• Direct experience working alongside engineering teams to draft clear specifications, clarify requirements, and make daily product decisions to facilitate rapid shipping.

• Solid technical understanding of software development, web technologies, and contemporary product delivery methodologies.

• Experience collaborating with senior leadership to convey product recommendations, align on priorities, and influence decision-making.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and planning abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities independently while maintaining attention to detail and progress.

• Familiarity with product roadmap, backlog, and project management tools such as Jira, Atlassian, Asana, ClickUp, or similar platforms.

• Experience in delivering AI-enabled software products.

• Background in the legal industry or with legal technology platforms.
