Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of features for ACME from the initial discovery phase to launch. You will write requirements, consider edge cases, and serve as the trusted source for accurate and reliable information across cross-functional teams.

• Effectively manage and prioritize a ticket backlog with precision and consistency, ensuring that nothing is overlooked.

• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to clearly represent the product in contexts that involve operators.

• Utilize analytics tools to monitor product usage, identify opportunities, and measure the impact of releases.

• Actively and responsibly incorporate AI tools into your daily workflow for tasks such as research synthesis, writing, competitive analysis, summarizing feedback, and expediting decision-making.

• Identify opportunities to implement AI, automation, and webhook-based workflows to address real end-user challenges, translating technical possibilities into features that are delivered and impactful.

• Maintain an inquisitive mindset regarding the AI and automation landscape; propose practical ideas on how emerging tools can minimize manual work or enhance new operator capabilities across our platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in product management or a related PM-adjacent role (such as product operations, business analyst, or technical PM) where you were responsible for discovery, requirements, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Familiarity with Salesforce as an admin, power user, or in a customer-facing role, and comfort in navigating CRM-driven workflows.

• Possess technical curiosity - comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, and integration logic; capable of creating Workato recipes while adhering to best practices for task efficiency. Strong knowledge of SQL and basic understanding of Ruby is essential.

• User-focused - able to clearly articulate the user problem associated with any ticket you manage, consistently asking 'why' before drafting requirements.

• A clear and dependable writer - your specifications are easy to understand, your asynchronous updates are thorough yet concise, and cross-functional teams rely on your responses.

• AI-integrated in your workflow - you have significantly utilized AI tools to enhance research, writing, or analysis and can discuss your experience effectively.

• Hands-on experience with an integration platform, preferably Workato or Zapier.

• Located in Latin America with significant overlap with US time zones.
