Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and provide leadership for a product within Palco.

• Develop and implement a product strategy to support corporate objectives and initiatives.

• Act as the primary owner of your product roadmap and establish the vision that drives the development teams.

• Define the vision for your designated product to enhance market penetration within Palco’s domain.

• Prioritize product features and customer needs to address specified business requirements.

• Manage both internal and external relationships pertaining to the product.

• Work closely with Palco’s Director and IT Teams to ensure objectives are met and product initiatives align with the Company’s overarching strategy and goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Healthcare and Self-Direction Programs is advantageous but not mandatory.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related discipline is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management is required.
