This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the roadmap and sequencing for our code security bundles, prioritizing modules based on need, want, and nice-to-have tiers.
• Make rapid scope tradeoff decisions under tight deadlines, including determining what can be cut to ensure timely shipping.
• Collaborate directly with design on mock-ups prior to engineering commencement, providing product direction without needing detailed specifications.
• Work alongside engineering leadership to navigate technical tradeoffs and manage the sequencing of dependencies across modules.
• Conduct design partner programs and customer interviews to validate priorities and gather feedback on released features.
• Establish the competitive benchmark for each module through direct comparisons with incumbents in the market.
• Coordinate the free tier and launch strategy on Product Hunt, including determining which features to offer for free and how to upsell to paid options.
• Monitor usage, success metrics, and engagement for released features, providing feedback to refine the roadmap.
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams on positioning, pricing, and bundle structure as we transition from development to launch.
• Partner with the Oneleet Intelligence team to integrate AI-powered features into the bundles.
• Over 5 years of product management experience, particularly in security, developer tools, or other technical SaaS companies.
• Proven track record of shipping at least one product against a named competitor, with the ability to explain the strategy involved.
• Proficient in interpreting SARIF files, scanner outputs, or similar technical data without needing engineering assistance for translation.
• Excellent tradeoff reasoning skills under pressure — able to make decisions on scope and confidently say no when necessary.
• Strong communication skills, effectively engaging with customers, engineering, design, and executive stakeholders.
• Pragmatic approach; knows when to make a decision with incomplete information instead of waiting for certainty.
• Resourceful; possesses prior startup experience and is willing to take initiative.
• Versatile in roles — capable of conducting competitive analysis, providing go-to-market input, engaging in customer calls, and managing the roadmap all in one week.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced startup engineering environment.
• Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.
• 20 days of paid time off per year, along with 8 floating holidays.
• Remote work culture.
• Team off-site events in beautiful locations (Amsterdam, Italy, etc.).
• Competitive salary and equity options.
