Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop a long-term strategy for one or more product domains

• Serve as the internal expert on financial workflows

• Create and monitor success metrics for products

• Manage the complete delivery lifecycle

• Convert intricate financial requirements into comprehensive PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

• Recognize potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth product launches

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Financial Services, FinTech, or RegTech

• Demonstrated history of guiding complex data products from initial concept to successful market introduction

• Experience in managing technical workstreams through Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Ability to collaborate closely with Data Scientists

• Outstanding capability to articulate complex technical or financial ideas to both engineers and C-suite executives

• Advanced Certifications: CFA, FRM, or PMP certifications are strongly preferred

• Knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, or other large-scale financial data warehousing solutions
