Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Independently lead discovery efforts by conducting client interviews, synthesizing research, and establishing a clear understanding of which problems are worth addressing and why.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (commercial, professional services, support) and external clients to identify and validate problems prior to committing to solutions.

• Maintain a foundational document for each initiative, serving as an ongoing record of the problem, your insights, your methodology, and your confidence level.

• Clearly define the scope of work - what will be developed, what will not be, and the rationale behind those decisions.

• Work closely with UX design and UX research teams to create experiences that are both functional and meaningful.

• Partner with engineering to transform conceptual ideas into well-understood, actionable tasks.

• Make informed trade-off decisions confidently, communicate them effectively, and stand behind your choices.

• Monitor outcomes - not just if a feature was delivered, but whether it achieved the desired effects.

• Collaborate with product marketing to develop launch materials, positioning, and messaging strategies.

• Contribute to sales enablement by creating resources, briefing commercial teams, and helping them understand the significance of what has been built.

• Consider release sequencing, client readiness, and user adoption, focusing on more than just feature completeness.

• Gain an understanding of the commercial context surrounding your work: who finances it, why, and what constitutes success from a business standpoint.

⛳️ Requirements

• **Essential**

• Three or more years of product management experience in a B2B or SaaS environment.

• A proven track record of managing product initiatives from discovery through to delivery and market introduction.

• Strong skills in problem framing: you can articulate what you're addressing, for whom, and why it is important before seeking a solution.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and making decisions without complete information.

• Clear and direct communication skills, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience collaborating closely with UX designers, researchers, and engineers as equal partners.

• Demonstrated outcome-oriented thinking: you evaluate success based on what changed, not merely what was delivered.

• Autonomy and accountability - you excel at producing quality work without the need for close supervision.

• Proficient in analyzing and working with unstructured data to inform decision-making processes.

• Embrace the use of AI as a tool to enhance productivity while safeguarding the integrity of the product craft.

• **Desirable**

• Experience in mobile product development, including native applications, offline capabilities, or mobile-first workflows.

• Background in designing or managing integrations such as APIs, third-party data flows, or platform connectivity.

• Familiarity with e-commerce, subscription business models, or commercial product decision-making.

• Exposure to maritime, logistics, or other safety-critical operational sectors.

• Experience deploying features utilizing AI capabilities.
