Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and articulate a definitive product vision and strategy centered on operational excellence and delivering business value.

• Collect, prioritize, and convert stakeholder requirements into actionable product initiatives.

• Create and sustain product roadmaps that align with the organization's goals and strategic priorities.

• Guide prioritization efforts based on business impact, value realization, and available resources.

• Oversee the execution of system enhancements, integrations, and solutions from third-party vendors.

• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors.

• Evaluate current workflows and pinpoint opportunities for increasing efficiency and improving processes.

• Design and implement streamlined workflows that enhance scalability, compliance, and user experience.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and IT teams to unify business processes and technology solutions.

• Create and uphold process documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflow diagrams, and governance standards.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing structured process improvement methodologies.

• Analyze operational data to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for enhancement.

• Work with stakeholders to create dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics.

• Leverage data insights to inform product prioritization, investment decisions, and process improvements.

• Perform root-cause analysis and suggest data-driven solutions.

• Ensure the quality and integrity of data across systems and reporting environments.

• Foster trustworthy partnerships with business leaders and key stakeholders.

• Communicate product progress, outcomes, risks, and opportunities to leadership teams.

• Serve as a product ambassador and subject matter expert for assigned platforms and initiatives.

• Manage timelines, priorities, and resources to guarantee the successful delivery of projects.

• Assist with testing, implementation, adoption, training, and change management activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or a similar field.

• Proven track record of delivering business value through technology solutions and operational enhancements.

• Strong proficiency in process mapping, workflow optimization, and business process analysis.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and foster alignment across cross-functional teams.

• Experience leading enterprise application initiatives and collaborating with both technical and business teams.
