Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product strategy, roadmap, and objectives for Nucleus’ UI/UX platform, including custom analytics features and additional frontend customization options.

• Propel strategic product decisions by assessing customer feedback and analyzing market trends.

• Establish and evaluate metrics for product performance, and initiate improvements based on those metrics over time.

• Gather ideas and feedback, collect requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle customer challenges.

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver products ready for launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of experience in product management within a technology organization.

• Proven experience with ownership of B2B SaaS products focused on UX.

• Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to changing conditions.

• Demonstrated capability to work on highly technical products with intricate technical requirements.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical and presentation abilities.

• Comfortable collaborating with fully remote and distributed agile teams across multiple time zones.

• An entrepreneurial, self-starting attitude: you take charge of problems and solutions, rather than just tasks.

• A history of delivering significant product enhancements to a diverse and demanding client base of enterprise customers.

• Experience in developing products related to data analytics, search, or semantic middleware is highly preferred.

• Background in vulnerability management or another area of cybersecurity.

• Experience with products that integrate native generative AI functionalities (such as natural language search and automated workflows).

• Experience in launching products within a fast-paced, AI-enhanced software development lifecycle (SDLC).
