Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from initial discovery to final delivery.

• Transform intricate data into actionable insights that help merchants enhance their business growth.

• Establish clear success metrics to effectively assess the adoption and performance of new features.

• Define, document, and assess requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and the engineering team.

• Lead beta testing efforts to provide recommendations for product enhancements before launch.

• Communicate the status of development and the strategy for going to market.

• Create and develop training materials to ensure consistent product knowledge both internally and externally (sales).

• Advocate for merchants and their customers by delivering a stable, secure, and seamless payments experience.

• Gather and prioritize feedback and requests from merchants, sales partners, and the organization.

• Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a quantitative or technical discipline.

• Over 2 years of experience in product management.

• Prior experience in payments or fintech products is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated success in building products from inception through to execution.

• Familiarity with the agile development methodology.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to pinpoint user challenges and needs.

• Ability to positively influence stakeholders and cultivate effective business relationships.

• Self-driven with the capacity to navigate through uncertainty.
