Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Facilitate discovery sessions with enterprise clients to gain insights into their business processes, operations, workflows, KPIs, and constraints.

• Recognize automation opportunities and craft orchestration strategies utilizing Netomi’s AI platform.

• Develop comprehensive solution blueprints, including workflows, data exchanges, escalation logic, guardrails, analytics, and agent lifecycle design.

• Establish end-to-end Agentic AI architectures that encompass intents, actions, tools, integration points, and decision logic.

• Collaborate with customer technical teams to outline integration dependencies (APIs, events, SSO, CRMs, ticketing systems, internal tools).

• Oversee the development of integration design documents and provide support to Integration Engineers during implementation.

• Ensure that agent workflows adhere to enterprise standards, including security, reliability, audit, and governance.

• Partner with Product & Engineering teams to convert customer requirements into features or enhancements.

• Act as the product owner throughout deployment, steering priorities, clarifications, acceptance criteria, and workflow progression.

• Verify end-to-end solution performance with QA and direct test plans, scenario tests, and success criteria.

• Perform user-experience evaluations of agent outputs and conduct behavior tuning.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders (CX, Ops, Digital Transformation, Engineering).

• Deliver architectural recommendations, best practices, and roadmap suggestions.

• Educate customer teams on agentic workflows, governance, and strategies for performance improvement.

• Ensure projects are completed on schedule with exceptional quality, minimal rework, and measurable impact.

• Promote continuous improvement through playbooks, reusable workflow templates, and integration patterns.

• Maintain extensive expertise in agentic AI, LLMs, workflow orchestration, and enterprise systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Implementation Consulting, Product Consulting, or Workflow Design for enterprise SaaS or AI platforms.

• Proven experience in designing intricate workflows and integrations across enterprise systems.

• Capability to gather requirements, convert them into technical specifications, and drive execution.

• Customer-facing consulting experience complemented by strong communication and facilitation skills.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, event-driven systems, data flows, and enterprise integrations.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success Management, engineering, product, and QA teams.
