Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of both current products and the development of new offerings to ensure differentiation within the PBM sector.

• Supervise the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring they align with the growth objectives of Client Services and Sales.

• Work collaboratively across departments to improve product performance, support strategic goals, and aid in the creation of innovative solutions.

• Assess customer requirements, analyze market trends, and explore partnership opportunities through ROI and build vs. buy analyses.

• Aid in the annual and strategic planning processes for product development while ensuring accountability for performance targets.

• Evaluate the competitive landscape to identify unique differentiation opportunities.

• Lead market research initiatives to derive actionable insights.

• Assess product concepts and formulate go-to-market strategies.

• Create and maintain schedules for strategic product initiatives.

• Collaborate with Compliance and regulatory teams to guarantee product readiness and secure necessary approvals.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of Archimedes products to broaden offerings, refine positioning, and craft effective messaging.

• Implement departmental initiatives that are in line with corporate strategic goals.

• Engage in, comply with, and promote compliance, cultural, and educational programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is mandatory.

• A minimum of 4 years in product management, product development, or a related field is required.

• Prior experience in the PBM, healthcare, health plan, or pharmaceutical industry is essential.
