This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Internal First, External Next: Spearhead the creation of internal AI tools and workflows, with a strategic roadmap to transition them into customer-facing products.
• Monetization Readiness: While the primary focus is on enhancing internal efficiency, design systems with future monetization opportunities in mind (such as usage-based pricing, credits, and outcome-based billing).
• Competitive Intelligence: Adopt a "Battlecard" approach—monitor both internal performance and external market trends to ensure our solutions are significantly superior, not just marginally faster.
• Prepare internal products for external launch by early definition of Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), use cases, and ROI narratives.
• Balance Accuracy, Latency, and Unit Cost across internal AI systems, keeping scalability for external deployment in focus.
• Build beyond copilots—create autonomous agents that carry out workflows (e.g., ticket resolution, QA automation).
• Establish internal data pipelines and feedback loops (RLHF) that will later provide a competitive edge for external offerings.
• Launch "Flash Builds" for internal users—develop prototypes in days rather than months.
• Utilize internal teams as your initial users to validate product-market fit ahead of external launch.
• Define and assess what constitutes “good” performance—ensure reliability prior to scaling externally.
• 3+ Years of AI/SaaS PM Experience: Demonstrated experience in shipping products utilizing LLMs, RAG, or agentic systems.
• Builder Mindset: Proven track record of developing products from inception to execution, ideally beginning with internal tools or platforms.
• Commercial Awareness: Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, churn), with a readiness to take ownership of revenue KPIs as the role advances.
• Technical Depth: Familiarity with tokens, embeddings, prompt engineering, hallucination control, and model trade-offs.
• MSP/ITSM Knowledge (Bonus): Understanding of service desk workflows is a significant advantage.
• Global Collaboration: Experience working across time zones in the US, China, and the Philippines.
