Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Takes ownership of the overall success of the team and the product.

• Articulates and disseminates the product vision in alignment with business goals and remains accountable to business leaders.

• Establishes business value and OKRs (Objectives & Key Results).

• Develops and implements the product roadmap in accordance with business objectives and customer requirements.

• Employs data analytics tools and platforms to assess product performance and user behavior.

• Produces insights and recommendations aimed at optimizing product features, user acquisition, and engagement.

• Establishes success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of features.

• Directs the assessment of product performance across a broader portfolio or more complex products, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

• Advocates for investments in high-impact areas and aligns initiatives with long-term business objectives.

• Oversees product performance after launch and iterates based on user feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Over ten (10) years of experience in product management, specifically in consumer or enterprise-level product management.

• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, AHA, Amplitude, and/or Tableau is necessary.

• Marketing experience is preferred.

• Scrum/Agile certification is a plus.

• Strong analytical abilities and a passion for examining products, competitors, and market dynamics.

• In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies.

• Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

• Demonstrated capability to prioritize product functionality and manage complex problems with minimal supervision.

• Metrics-oriented and customer-focused, with strong presentation skills across various stakeholder groups, including executive teams, business leadership, and product development teams.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively with geographically dispersed teams.

• Capability to decompose product capabilities into functional specifications logically (e.g., epics, features, user stories).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is mandatory.
