Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Develop a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for a segment of the customer journey

• Identify opportunities to leverage innovation and AI to improve customer success

• Define, analyze, and optimize metrics to drive MailerLite's growth

• Measure impact and provide reports on progress

• Conduct product discovery and utilize data insights

• Investigate AI-driven innovations to reveal product opportunities

• Carry out user research and clearly articulate use cases

• Recognize bottlenecks and convert insights into actionable development specifications

• Prioritize user engagement, revenue enhancement, and churn reduction

• Collaborate with customers, development teams, design, SRE, customer support, and marketing

• Deliver impactful features and ensure seamless project launches

• Propel innovative product enhancements that set the product apart

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in a SaaS-oriented company, demonstrating a proven track record of driving growth and optimization

• Familiarity with contemporary product discovery and delivery techniques and methodologies

• Experience in implementing AI-driven features and incorporating AI into product development processes

• Capability to think strategically about products while aligning business objectives with product and technical considerations

• Strong analytical abilities, including the use of data and AI insights

• Proficient in managing the entire idea-to-product lifecycle as a self-directed team member

• Exceptional product management skills, including the ability to prioritize and oversee multiple initiatives

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with distributed cross-functional teams

• Availability for a 4-hour overlap with the CET time zone
