Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the development and implementation of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, establishing precise requirements to provide impactful solutions that align with market trends, customer demands, and competitive forces, while optimizing business value and return on investment.

• Leverage extensive knowledge of AI and LLM capabilities and limitations to guide product decisions, ensuring awareness of compliance and regulatory factors pertinent to AI applications in hiring and recruitment.

• Utilize AI-driven product management techniques, including formulating detailed development requirements to support agentic coding workflows, harnessing LLM-based research, and remaining informed on the rapidly changing AI landscape.

• Conduct analyses on competitors, market trends, technologies, and business models, alongside focus groups, user interviews, and research to inform both short- and long-term strategic product planning.

• Oversee product release and go-to-market launch initiatives to guarantee effective messaging, communication, and accountability for product uptake.

• Assist in defining, justifying, and validating business cases; present findings to Senior Management and ensure successful engagement from key stakeholders.

• Direct agile development processes in close collaboration with engineering, including sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative delivery, with familiarity in methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

• Foster strong cross-functional collaborations across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Leadership, and Client Services to drive product development and release processes from ideation through launch and subsequent maintenance and iteration.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience in product management.

• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management within software, SaaS, or technology-driven services; experience in adjacent industries is welcomed.

• Proven experience in supporting Talent Acquisition functions through recruitment marketing products, HR tech platforms, or similar solutions is required or highly preferred.

• Regularly employs AI tools in daily tasks (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, or similar), demonstrating critical thinking and attention to detail to assess and refine AI-generated outputs effectively.

• Has launched or contributed to products featuring AI or LLM-powered functionalities or possesses substantial hands-on experience exploring their application in a product setting.

• Familiar with agentic workflows, the basics of prompt engineering, and the practical trade-offs associated with AI-based product features.

• Experience in designing, building, and testing commercial business applications with an emphasis on user experience, applying a data-driven approach to product management; measuring outcomes and informing decisions quantitatively.

• Capable of articulating complex product requirements, thinking end-to-end across use cases, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver clear customer value.

• Strong communicator able to simplify complex ideas and work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
