Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of a core product area from start to finish — encompassing discovery, scoping, launch, measurement, and subsequent growth. Your focus is on the outcome, rather than just the release.

• Guide products from their initial concept to widespread adoption, taking charge of their commercial success — you view user adoption and revenue as critical product metrics, not someone else's responsibility.

• Gain a profound understanding of our users (builders, issuers, protocols, and institutional partners) and convert their needs into clear and actionable product requirements.

• Work closely with engineering teams on technical trade-offs, sequencing, and project scoping.

• Successfully navigate regulated and supervised environments, managing risks and constraints while maintaining momentum.

• Establish success metrics, track what is important, and leverage data to inform prioritization and trade-off decisions.

• Collaborate with go-to-market, sales, and partnership teams to synchronize product launches with customer rollouts and ecosystem expansion, while exploring build x buy x partner opportunities to enhance the roadmap.

• Communicate clearly and consistently — through specifications, strategic memos, customer updates, and launch narratives — to ensure alignment among internal teams and external partners, while elevating the standards of the product organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in product management or product leadership, with a proven history of delivering impactful products to the market. Equivalent entrepreneurial experience is also highly regarded.

• Proven capability to scale product revenue — you have taken ownership of commercial outcomes and can reference products whose growth you directly influenced.

• Ideally, possess extensive experience in payments, financial services, or working in regulated or supervised environments — you understand how to deliver when compliance, licensing, and risk influence the product.

• Strong technical fluency — you are a systems thinker and while coding is not a requirement, you can engage effectively in architectural discussions.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you can simplify complex systems and make compelling prioritization cases in writing.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data; you recognize which metrics are significant and understand their importance.

• A genuine interest in crypto, stablecoins, and the future of finance — or a demonstrated ability to quickly adapt in complex new fields.
