Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of product areas from inception to execution: establish success criteria prior to drafting any specifications.

• Lead discovery efforts: conducting user interviews, performing data analysis, engaging in competitive research, and validating hypotheses.

• Collaborate with AI agents to automate and enhance product workflows: engage directly rather than just providing guidance.

• Prioritize effectively. Determine what features to develop, what to defer, and what to discontinue.

• Supply sufficient context for engineers to make informed decisions: avoid micromanaging and excessive specifications.

• Facilitate grooming sessions, planning, and design reviews; oversee demonstrations and release notes.

• Work closely with Product Designers and Engineers to deliver quickly and continuously refine the product.

• Monitor and take responsibility for the business metrics influenced by your product area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management.

• Practical experience working with AI agents—either independently or as part of an engineering team.

• Demonstrated success in making product decisions that have positively influenced business metrics (revenue, retention, conversion, activation).

• Experience collaborating with distributed and remote engineering teams.

• Proficient in English, as you will interact with international stakeholders on a regular basis.
