Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Comprehend and take ownership of the vision for Konnectbox.

• Develop and implement the Product Road Map within specified timelines and budget constraints.

• Formulate a Technology Road Map.

• Identify team roles for new members joining the organization.

• Create and adhere to the Technology Budget.

• Prepare the Organizational Requirements for the Tech Team.

• Build a competent technical team.

• Establish processes for the Tech and Design Team.

• Measure the success of the Tech and Design Team.

• Oversee the delivery of the Tech and Design Team's outputs.

• Ensure the continuity and risk mitigation of the Tech and Design Team.

• Conduct High-Level Design (HLD) Architecture and Design.

• Review Low-Level Design (LLD) Architecture and System Design.

• Perform code reviews.

• Adhere to best practices to guarantee smooth and ongoing product development operations.

• Ensure that the final products align with customer requirements.

• Develop product strategy documents outlining business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.

• Create product positioning and messaging that distinguishes KonnectBox and its features across key market segments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferably candidates from IITs/IIMs and other esteemed institutions, with projects showcasing a solid understanding of product development and management.

• 4-6 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in product design or engineering.

• Strong background in a dynamic product management role.

• A genuine enthusiasm for emerging technologies.

• A comprehensive understanding of programming languages, web development frameworks, and related skills.

• Proven track record of managing all aspects of the product development lifecycle.

• Highly proficient in cross-functional team management.

• Previous experience in delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategies.

• Outstanding writing and editing abilities, coupled with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
