Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews with customers and facilitate user research sessions.

• Convert customer feedback into practical suggestions for the product team.

• Prioritize initiatives on the roadmap based on customer impact and business goals.

• Monitor product development timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks to ensure projects remain on track.

• Lead release readiness reviews and coordinate launches.

• Develop and sustain product documentation, release notes, and internal resources.

• Oversee the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring effective adoption of new features.

• Conduct training sessions and demonstrations for customers.

• Manage incoming customer support tickets and collaborate with account managers to guarantee customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or a related field.

• Outstanding organizational and project management capabilities.

• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to distill large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights.

• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to follow-through.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment.

• Experience as a self-starter in learning and applying software for improved task management, analytics, etc.
