This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Transform customer requirements and market insights into a well-defined product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritized initiatives.

• Spearhead discovery initiatives—conducting customer interviews, analyzing workflows, reviewing usage data, and synthesizing feedback into actionable opportunities.

• Draft clear and detailed product requirements while collaborating closely with Engineering, QA, and Design to implement solutions effectively.

• Balance customer impact, technical feasibility, and business priorities to make informed trade-offs, keeping teams focused on high-value tasks.

• Establish success metrics for your product areas and monitor performance after launch to facilitate ongoing improvement.

• Examine usage data, market trends, and competitive dynamics to guide roadmap decisions.

• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to support feature launches and ensure smooth adoption.

• Act as the subject matter expert for your product line—clearly articulating strategy, scope, and priorities throughout the organization.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of Product Management experience in an entrepreneurial, early-stage startup environment, preferably within SaaS/Cloud software.

• Strong grasp of product management and agile methodologies.

• Proven experience in developing a strategic roadmap, securing stakeholder buy-in, and driving significant product initiatives from conception to launch.

• Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively, with a proactive 'roll up the sleeves' approach.

• Customer-centric mindset, dedicated to understanding customers’ challenges and aligning the team around their use cases.

• Creative problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating ambiguity and managing multiple challenges simultaneously.

• Emphasis on outcomes rather than outputs, setting meaningful objectives for your team that align with company goals.

• Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills, focusing on the “why” while providing the appropriate context whether engaging with your engineering team, a customer, or an executive.
