Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Define and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company's objectives.

• Perform market research and user interviews to uncover pain points and convert them into actionable requirements.

• Work in close collaboration with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.

• Create clear and concise user stories, PRDs, and acceptance criteria.

• Evaluate product metrics and user feedback to iterate on features and foster continuous improvement.

• Oversee the product backlog, prioritizing tasks based on business value and technical viability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS or digital product setting.

• Strong analytical abilities with a knack for using data to support assumptions and recommendations.

• Outstanding communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• A proven history of managing the complete product lifecycle from discovery through to launch.

• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development framework.

• High level of independence and the capacity to excel in a remote-first environment.

• A technical background or experience working directly with API-driven products.

• Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Pendo.

• Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment.

• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and wireframing tools.
