Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take charge of product KPIs, encompassing revenue, ARPU, churn, and customer satisfaction metrics.

• Manage the entire product life cycle, which includes conducting product and market research, competitive analysis, developing roadmaps, iterative product development, releasing features, and launching products.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive Product Descriptions.

• Oversee pricing strategies and cost management.

• Dedicate efforts to understanding customer needs and pinpointing areas for enhancement to provide an optimal experience.

• Convey clear objectives to marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure product performance is met.

• Convert product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and technical design through collaboration with engineering teams.

• Guide the marketing team regarding product promotions, offers, and sales aids.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and conduct product testing.

• Conduct pilot testing of products to validate assumptions.

• Provide product demonstrations and training sessions.

• Monitor and evaluate success metrics.

• Assist with additional tasks or projects as needed to fulfill team and business objectives.

• Strong ability to utilize qualitative and quantitative data sources to inform decision-making.

• Experience in collaborating with various teams to foster alignment across the organization.

• Familiarity with iterative product delivery through close collaboration with engineering teams.

• Proven experience in coordinating and prioritizing tasks based on time, scope, and resources.

• Exceptional ability to articulate vision, roadmap, and requirements clearly.

• Strong understanding of the hosting industry or related sectors, including web development.

• Comfortable using AI tools and technologies.

• Previous experience with SCRUM or other agile methodologies is a plus.
